Limited Lifetime Warranty

Megaware guarantees your Keelguard against abrasive wear for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Thereafter, for as long as you own your boat, should the Keelguard fail from abrasive wear, it will be replaced at 50% below retail. (Abrasive wear does not include punctures or tears due to intensely sharp object or rocks or trailer roller damage.)

Warranty is void if any alterations or cutting is done to the Keelguard (other than a hole for the bow eye).  Warranty will also be voided if shorter lengths are used other than Megaware's suggested sizes. Seller's and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace any such product to be defective. Megaware will not be responsible for labor to remove or replace any defective or damaged product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for it's intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable either in part or in contract for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. No statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless in an agreement signed by officers of seller or manufacturer.
