Re: New glass 2
I used 600 grit wet sandpaper and wet sanded the whole thing before applying the first time.

Re: 26 m with a 90 hp?
I know I am just an X boat... but I have had a 90 hp on mine for a while now... love it.
But as you know... all of us X boats have a flat bottom!
I would only concerned with doing tight turns at high speed with your rounded bottom.
Check my website out for my 90 hp mod.

Go with NewGlass 2... I have seen what polyglow does to a boat... don't do it! Here are some links to ployglow and newglass2 threads: (oh, I just ordered my yearly supply of newglass2... been using it since 2004) My favorite link: http://www.macgregorsailors.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=20697 h...

Count me in! I would vote for #2.
Yes, Knot Shore is for sale... http://macgregorsailors.com/cgi-bin/pho ... AdNum=2306
....... but I plan on using it until it sells!
Seawind: Funny!
Galactica : I will never turn to the blue side! (maybe a dark navy)

Downsizing our lives, and upsizing the boat for a liveaboard. Not in a hurry, will still be using the boat as much as always!

Re: PROP - Aluminium or Stainless
Here is why I will never go to stainless steel:
Rocks vs Prop: Lower unit damage= NONE.
I don't blame the prop... just the capt.
