Heaven Can Wait / October LWE L. Mac.

Post by Clemo »

Anyone thinking about the October long weekend on L. Macquarie?

Or, the Heaven Can Wait Lap Dash?

Or, the Heaven Can Wait 24hour?

Tks,

Clemo,
sorry mate but us Victorians don't have a long weekend at that point. Instead it's the start of our sailing season so I'll have to organise a few races and run some training down here.

I'd like to give it a crack one year, but have no idea when that year will be.

Let us know how you go

Good Point. Thats the way the globe on my desk is oriented. It must be so. If it was the other way around, the names of all the contries would be upside down.

As for the heat wave it is quite hot. Index of 104 today. My family is acclimated to the heat. We turned on our A/C 2 days ago and I am ready for it to be off. I get up at 0200 and is freezing in the house. My wife only turns it up to 78 when she gos to bed. BRRRRR!!

P.S. I hate winter also.

We are gearing up for the H.C.W. 24hr.

Anyone else going? Want to compare notes? Anyone else on Lake Mac over the weekend?

Anyone interested in crewing? Two of us on a well found X, room for one or two more.

24hrs on a Mac, how hard can it be?

Tks

We have to go to a wedding on the October Long weekend ... I can't drive the Rangie at the moment anyway as it has manual transmission, I'm having 3 months of physio then they will let me know if I need surgery, gravity with a concrete finish is a B****!
