I am getting a leak in the peak of the V-berth. I believe is is from the anchor locker drain being blocked. How would I clear it?

First, if there is a leak you should find it and repair it. I'm not familiar with the X but the M runs under the anchor locker to the thru hull. Should be easy to find a hose clamp failure etc.
I find blasting a hose into the drain often breaks free blockages.

The leak could also be coming from the hull/deck seam. Over time the rub rail can loosen, and pounding seas can work water up from beneath. That seam was sealed during original construction, however, after many years of stress and flexing, it can open enough to allow water to leak in. I've had that problem occur on our boat. Had to get some special caulk to seal things up.

I don’t see how a block drain can cause water to come into the cabin, I’m afraid. If the anchor locker fills with water, it just spills over the sides and continues on like rain water. When mine clogs, I just hit it with a hose. Once I hit it with the pressure washer even. But if it leaks when clogged, it’s because the hose is split, or a fitting has cracked.
Does your v-berth have an access panel under the anchor locker? Some do, some don’t. Mine does (1999), but I don’t know what years, other than mine, did or did not have the panel.

Re: blocked anchor locker drain.
My boat is a 2002 model, and doesn't have an access panel. There is a very small open triangle in front of the anchor locker, and it's extremely hard to do any work in that area. I know, since I've installed an anchor bow roller with backing plate. Had to compress my skull into a triangle that fit in the bow, and installed a universal joint in my forearm in order to do that one.

Make sure it isn’t blocked with bald faced hornets before opening the hatch and tearing the nest in two.
