I think if I were given the equivalent Portsmouth rating in PHRF:
99.6 <=> 268...

If I'm doing the math right (maybe not), a 96.0 DPN for a MCG26M should translate to a 246 PHRF. So you're taking an 11 second hit (1.8 DPN?) off that for a modified/increased weight keel?
