Wow what an adventure, Stay safe, I'm sure all your preparations will be worth it.
P.S. how about letting the Canadian Flag fly off the stern while trailering down to celebrate Canada's impending victory over the U.S. in Olympic Hockey tomorrow

You may want to delay a few more days.
It is now 48 degrees in Cape Coral, FL. 2:30 pm and I have the heat on. It has been raining most of the day.
Good luck with your adventure and hope it warms up for you.
I have lived in SW Fl. for past 22 years and this has been the coldest winter by far this year, I haven't been sailing since our 4 day trip to Cayo Costa in late Dec. to Jan.3rd.
