No, just oars or double paddle. Reason - the moment you put a motor, electric or gas, on a boat, you have to register it (in Maryland). Below a certain power level, it is free but still a PITA. I have a 1982 Coleman canoe that has a state sticker becasue I once experimented with a trolling motor.
