Sorry but your price range is the problem here, but I'll still suggest something 8) I've had quite a few in the past from vinyl blow ups to 13' RIB novurania. I would suggest an inflatable for various reasons that suit your vessel and sea service. Non inflatable’s tend to sink easier and are heavier...
