AIS only shows boats equipped with AIS something to remember :idea: Mostly comercial vessels that can,t get out of ur way unless u r in two feet of water then again they have been known to run aground ! :o :? the newer radars like mine will pick up a floating car tire or a pole piled standing striag...

, U never mentioned it but I,m assuming ur tap on the left is a Y valve so as to allow u to switch the tall faucet over to the Draft Beer Keg stored in the bottom left drawer

I don't want to be a curmudgeon... I like the idea, however... about tide beaching. In sand... might be fine. Then again again any wave action while dug in might be an issue. If something hard under it, it'll either snap off (if your lucky) otherwise... might put one hull of a stress load on your k...
