I need to clean the yamaha 9.9 carburator (my first time), do you guys know a link where i can download a service manual. I do have o owners manual but there is no info about the carbutrator.

Hi Dave, I googled a lot, the mac filled the most of my needs. One thing on my list was the current on the river i planed to sail/motor, when there is a long and heavy rain in Germany there is a strong current and i wanted a boat that can handle this. Thats why i wanted to upgrade the boat to a 30hp...

I have a 9.9 yamaha on my x, and was thinking to move up to a 25 or 30 HP. I was planning to travel on a river with some current and assumed that some hp would compensate the current. I don't need to go fast.

I spend a week on Cuttyhunk with my girls and four friends....fuel costs of 30 gallons of gas for truck from NY to Cape, 6 gallons of gas max one week of Cape cruising (sail plus motor) Total fuel bill 144 USD for vacation for 6....add food and it's a cheap gig..... I'm interested in the last picture. The part with the gooseneck, the line there goes from the mast to the boom. When this part is under heavy tention does it interfere when the boom swings to the left or right?

single line reefingsystem
Im planning to install a single line reefingsystem, i do find in the mod section enough examples how to 's on the boom. But can't find a much about the hardware on the mast (gooseneck). Hope someone can help me with some pictures?

Are you actually saying that there is no need to put the bold rope from a stock mac mainsail in the boom, and also get more trim possibility on the mainsail?
