Can I jack the stern high enough off the trailer to be able to drop the center board down enough to see the control line ?

On mine the centerboard is a good foot passed the crossmember . Shes not all the way up on the trailer , but , it wouldn't make a differnce if she was .

I am calling it a keel or keel board , what I mean is the centerboard .
