Thanks Tripp for the reply. I really hadn't considered the hard white bottom paint because I really wasn't familiar with it. I did some research on the Petit and VC via their web sites. I just removed my X from the trailer using the method posted on the Trailer and Towing list by using tires mounted on rims and 2X 8 lumber.
