Exactly the same problem on my X with Honda 50 4 stroke permanently sailed and moored in saltwater. Flushing with freshwater always makes a big difference to pee flow. There's also a chemical that can be added to remove encrustation. Only added point I wanted to make is that I use weed-whacker filam...
