I was checking at online outboards and this one comes with a 4 blade high thrust prop, not sure on the size.

. My old Nissan 50 is still going, BUT soon I will be looking for a new motor and this tohatsu i believe will work well for me. much less noise, better MPG. could you post the specific model #, shaft length, etc. so I can start dreaming. thx

I owned mac 22 and i believe it drained into the trunk, via a short hose. Mine also had no screen but worked fine.

Hi welcome to the forum. Thes boats were built with polester resin, so USE the polyester type. When working with several layers of resin I would use the LAMINATING POLYESTER. The reasons are: better working time, and a LOT less sanding! Look up videos on youtube for the laminating type. Use acetone ...

I connected a tube to vent the ballast tank. It goes to the anchor locker.
No forgetting anymore...
And even more I have a LED Light that shows the ballast tank is full.

The turnbuckle is used to adjust the mast to 94 degrees as per the manual . Which is needed for proper handling. Too far forward the boat will turn away from the wind (undesirable). Yes the luff goes into the furler.
