I connected a tube to vent the ballast tank. It goes to the anchor locker.

And even more I have a LED Light that shows the ballast tank is full.

The turnbuckle is used to adjust the mast to 94 degrees as per the manual . Which is needed for proper handling. Too far forward the boat will turn away from the wind (undesirable). 13 lb, fluke anchor (the flukes are 2" longer than my current anchor).
100ft 3/8", 3 strand anchor rode.
8ft of chain. I will look for some longer chain.
