A rotary cutoff wheel tool maybe?
Can you share a picture of what you’re dealing with?

Re: Winch Handle Holder?

It seems that there are a couple of schools of thought…. It depends…. Some never use a winch handle preferring to just strong arm it and use the winch as a brake of sorts. No handle, no problem. Some of those who are seeming to try and push every bit of speed out of their sailing experience use one ...

Hi All! Took sometime for a Blue Angles Airshow this past weekend! What a blast! Kind of fun watching stuff one used to be involved with flying around like that in the hands of some of the most skilled pilots in the world! Both military and civilian. https://i.postimg.cc/gxTmQB4x/IMG-5472.jpg https:...

For what it’s worth… I’ve seen sailboats using a hula hoop type ring and a shower curtain hanging off the end of a raised boom in the self draining cockpit for a shower on a couple of occasions…. Sorta a two-for-one… ya get a shower and get a clean cockpit floor at the same time! :D :) Best R...

Hi Piddle and Futz! The sunbrella is a great idea! Out Previous Owners left us two bits of sunbrella fabric that I’d forgotten about. Your remarks triggered the old memoryies and I’ll bet that’s what those two pieces were meant to accomplish! Thanks for the reminder (and to our PO for providing us w...

Re: Non-pill cure for seasickness?

Hi StickInTheMud57! Could you hum a few bars? I might know that song….. :D :D I think they might be on to something there. It would be a great boon for those that experience motion sickness to be able to play an app tone and get relief just about anywhere! Motion sickness can be horrible and debilit...

Hi All! Here another “How the Heck?” Did they do that from Biscayne Bay, Miami https://i.postimg.cc/k6J5z4bc/IMG-4831.png They successfully split a Tri-toon nearly perfectly in half by nailing the only channel pole in sight at speed! Couldn’t have done that any better! :D :D :D And then there’s this...

Hi All! One thought comes to mind …. Just using chopped fiberglass fiber and epoxy resin like Bondo Blondie long fiber. Just mix it up and as a putty press it into place, smooth surface by placing plastic wrap on the exposed surface to press flat, then after it finishes curing drill the holes from t...

Re: A New Journey Begins for OverEasy - 2023/2025

Hi All! Hope everyone is doing well as the new season begins! Me? I’m been a bit frustrated as I scour the possible places I may have “reorganized” my boat engine annual service supplies from last year. :o  I KNOW I had gotten enough spares together to do the full annual service including the ...

Re: A New Journey Begins for OverEasy - 2023/2025

Hi All! The kitchen remodeling is taking a back seat this week as we prep Over Easy to get launched. The marina slip contract is in place and available to use as soon as we can get there! There seems to be a couple of good weather days and high tidal opportunities ahead too! Making progress… inch by...
