I did not ask for the long term storage maintenance. I had them replace the impeller , adjust the valves(they were OK without adjustment), replace filters and fluids.

Thanks for the help. Now, it will run for about 10 to 15 seconds. I will check the items mentioned. I might pull a couple of plugs(which are brand new) to see if they are wet with excess gasoline.
