NopeSome just occasionally use a winch handle on a sporadic need basis. They tend to have a pocket or cup to sore the handle in the cockpit or companionway entrance.

There are times when I use a winch handle. I just leave them in the winches. They have never been in my way.

If I recall, they have slightly lower capacity than the originals and may be a little wider.
We use a piece of sunbrella to protect the tank from solar damage when not in use.

If I remember correctly (from reading posts), the foam is only in sections, not the full length of the mast. Some have punched a rod down from the top and inserted a PVC pipe for a space to run wires. Is the space hollow behind where the light will be? Wires from above can be run down the mast, and ...
