LOL, JS

Not enough moorings in front of my place, but we could start at Patterson River. Shame your boat is laid up for the next six months. Hopefully putting mine back in this weekend and fancy that, Mother's day on the bay.

Boblee, I have no problem with the protection of getting new boats into Australia. It is common business sense. I am talking about parts, which generally have a higher markup, thus making more money for the distributor. Does Phil only supply parts to people who have bought boats through him? That wo...

I have been unable to get the colour coding for the very fast blue Mac. Phil King has not answered my e-mails, since I gave him the VIN no and he found out I imported it direct. (I will now get all spares from the USA) We tried to do a colour match and the very fast blue hull seems to be a shade dar...

My conversion in total cost A$1,200.00. I took it to a trailer dealer and told them to modify it OZ standards, which included brakes, brake machining, LED lights and hitch. Also had the jockey wheel replaced. The only people that messed me around were Vicroads department in that none of them knew th...

OZ members

I am interested to find out how many OZ members there on this site and their locations.
Can organise MAC get togethers and make the other OZ TS's jealous. :) :)

When I received my trailer (2nd hand) it had to be modified to Australian Standards at a considerable cost. One of the reasons was that the brakes were totally corroded due to container rain as well. Here in Victoria I have seen several Mac's with the USA manufactured trailers, and with an Australia...

Thanks for all the suggestions.

I would think I'd have a problem importing a small can from the USA to OZ, that is why I asked for the coding.

I think I will need to scrape some off and take it to paintshop that has a spectrum analyser , who can than hopefully get the correct mix for me.

Colour code for blue MAc 26M

My first post on this site.

I imported a 2nd hand MAC from the USA to OZ. There are some marks on the blue hull and need fixing with fiberglass. Trying to colour match the fiberglass so the repairs won't be visible.

Does anybody know the colour coding of the blue for a proper match up?
