Sorry, not mine to sell. I took that picture in front of Joe's Oyster Bar in Mazatlan, Mexico.

Oh yeah, I'm gonna launch the boat in Mexico right on the beach sand and I gotta go 75 on the freeway towing the boat to get there fast because I only have the weekend.

I suspect cabin fever. You need to go sailing before you do something rash...

Get your VW and modify the trailer to fifth wheel. This method will assist with launching your Mac.

Re: Anyone have a VW Bug?
I have a bumper hitch that clamps onto the bumper so I'm good on the hitch. I figure by using the beetle bug I will save a lot on gas when towing the boat.

Ah, you musta got that from U-Haul, back in the day. One of those scary-looking chained-on bumper hitches.

Re: Anyone have a VW Bug?
Yup that's the one! I figure I can hook it up to the bumper on an old 65 beetle bug and haul the boat to Mexico and launch on the sand in San Felipe and spend hardly no money on gas! right!?Tomfoolery wrote: ↑Wed Jun 24, 2020 7:13 amAh, you musta got that from U-Haul, back in the day.
