I sail The Yamphibian out of many ports from Santa Barbara to San Diego, most day trips from beautiful Dana Point.

Well, if folks are doing it right their boat's particulars and home port should be in their User Description, under their avatar! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------>

As for me, I'm about 3 miles from NiceAft.

Silk is a 97 :macx: in my driveway on this 23 degree night. I work on mods all winter! We sail mainly at Mark Twain lake in northern Missouri but have sailed Truman lake and Table Rock Lake in Missouri and Kentucky Lake. Looking at the Apostle Islands this summer!

Currently buried under snow on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. Otherwise, excellent cruising area.

'02 X, currently moored in the driveway in Salem, OR. Sail the Columbia River, often from Scappoose Bay (Thanks, Don T), sometimes from Portland. Also Detroit Lake, Upper Klamath Lake, and the Hood Canal. I even got out of Newport, OR once after a couple launches, when the CG allowed that the bar was not too rough.

Which reminds me - - - one of the PRINTED RULES issued by the Water Board for Big Bear Lake, CA (which owns the lake)
(I swear this is true) "No driving on the bottom of the lake" :D :? :| :!: :?: :?:
