LED Nav Lights-been there-done that?

I would like to change all our nav and running lights to LEDs if possible. Preference would be LED bulb replacements,but if there's a reasonably priced LED lamp that does it,I'm ok with that too.
Anybody already done this on an M?

Yea, I bought a bunch of 44mm festoon LEDs to replace my running lights. I got them from a place in China. It took 3 weeks to get here but they were only a few bucks each with free shipping.

I haven't installed them yet, but I hooked them up to 12v and put them in front of a colored lens and they look good and bright.

Do you happen to have a website for the place in China you got the bulbs from? I have seen some LED bulbs going for north of $50 per bulb.

I bought mine from bebi-electronics.com. They are made in fiji and the shipping was fast/cheap. bought an anchor light for under $50 vs numbers with three digits. Works great and they have all kinds of other LED cruising lights. Lots of engineering details on their sight for those of you who understand that stuff. (-; Tim
