I am looking for the weight of a 1984 MacGregor 22 trailer. Trying to get a new title for it.

FYI the macx trailer (steel) in 2002 is listed at 700 pounds
Maybe you fouls swag it at roughly 19/26 of that?
Near any interstate highway you should have a vehicle scale where you could get it measures. Other place that might help is the town dump or transfer station. Of course, you will need a place you can launch and leave the boat for a half day
