Hey Victor,
Thanks for the wake up e-mail. Don't think we'll making it this year, or any time before i get some spray rails on my blue plow.
Hope to catch up with this awesome info and pics on my other back yard. Maybe even get motivated to drill some holes.
Have a great time all thanks for sharing
Erik

Another Mac (Mac 25) just signed up!
That's 11 Macs for a total of 27 boats and 62 people so far. Now if the weather holds up.
It's a big Mac attack
Victor

I almost hate to post this for fear of "jinxing" us...
But the weather forecast for next weekend is looking very nice...

First "test trailering" with my new "Tow Beast" coming a little later today.

Bigger engine, longer wheel base, heavier weight, higher tow capacity...should make for a better ride while towing. Of course the "Blue Tooth" and upgraded stereo will help...
Cheers,
Jim

jim,
Not sure what you're upgrading from but when I went from my V-6 Ford Ranger to a Honda Ridgeline... Wow! What a difference. It was all about the wheelbase.
Thanks for the Wx report. Looks extremely promising. Looking forward to making the transit on the outside presuming the swells from the storms don't chase us in.
Perhaps we'll see you on the docks Thursday.

Traded in my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer SUV. It was a 6-cylinder.
The new truck worked out very well on my 10 mile test run today towing the trailer. The power difference is amazing. Only got to 60 mph today but will have it on the interstate on Friday on my way down to Beaufort. The truck has a "tow mode" which works well.
Winds are a little strong on Friday. Will check the marine forecast in a few days.
Cheers,
Jim

Towed with the Ridgeline to Key West and back in June. Fantastic ride. I think you'll be very pleased with your new tow vehicle.
The Admiral's been busy on Pirate gear for dinner and sail. Looking very promising.
New composting head and cabin flooring (went with the dri-dek squares from West Marine) installed this weekend.
Just got done cleaning off my grounding connections on the trailer. I've got to do something about that BTW.
The Gosling's Ginger Beer is on hand and the Black Rum will be had before Thursday.... The outlook appears to be Dark and Stormy

I decided to bring along a buddy to handle any possible bug problem.

The weather looks great so far. Crossing fingers.
Holding at 27 boats and 63 people.
Nice tow beast. The longer wheel base will help with the trailer wag.
Looking forward to seeing everyone. We will be there Thursday.
Ron bring some more frogs!

Sorry I have a personal no eating of dogs or frogs policy, or using them for bait. However the usual things like leaches, worms, eels, minnows, and the occasional disposing of an annoying person that way is ok, but no dogs and frogs. So unless you want to annoy me here ends that issue
