Next time you stop by, we'll go food shopping - - - I'm not sure Canadian Bacon is easy to come by in Southern Nevada I'll have some ribeyes ready just in case.

In Nevada do you even *have* to put meat on a grille? I should think just leaving it on a plate in the sun for a few minutes ought to do it.
