2000 26X How Much

Well, I think I might be reaching the end of my sailing days on my boat in the UK. Firstly the weather here has been awful for the past two years specially around Ullswater, Cumbria where I've had my 26X moored for the last few years at Ullswater Marina. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind a bit of wet weather sailing but my first mate, who shares the expenses, has gone off sailing unless it's on a nice sunny day with light wind which we rarely get here ( it was a nice sunny day with light wind when I married her! )
Also the old arthritis doesn't help as it gets worse in damp conditions and makes it difficult pulling on halyards etc. so I've pretty reluctantly agreed we should sell the Macgregor ( Ha! she doesn't know yet that I have a buddy who has just bought a 22 feet sailing boat and has invited me along to help crew whatever the weather )
Anyway the next thing to do is advertise the Macgregor for sale,problem is I don't know really how much she is worth, the guy at the marina doesn't have either, I'm not after a big profit but rather just want to move it on.

Grateful for any ideas re. what price I should ask ?

I have seen slightly older ones on boatshed.com for around £12K in fact there is a 1999 on there now for £11,950..
