This one is hardly a work of art, but it takes me back every time I look at it. It's the lagoon at Cobourg Municipal Marina in Ontario, just before sunrise. I could have sat there all day enjoying the ambience. Still air, quiet, nobody else awake, a hot cuppa perked joe in my hand. My crew fast asleep below decks from a night out (high school graduation trip across the lake for my son and three of his friends). I guess you had to be there.Steve K wrote:![]()

81venture,

And I haven't been able to get back there since, which was about 5 years ago.
I am picturing it, and I wish I could be there. I've never been to Hawaii, but it's on my bucket list. Chopper Pilot's pics ain't helping, either.Steve K wrote:Picture it......... a Mi Tai in hand........... a little Jimmy Buffet playing in the background..........

Great shot Starscream - I've wondered if Baskatong was a good place to sail. I'm just a few hours away and would like to take my kids there perhaps next year,Starscream wrote: Reservoir Baskatong, Quebec, 2013
