Replacing the Bow pulpit on a Mac 26X
Replacing the Bow pulpit on a Mac 26X
Hi, I'm replacing my banged up bobw pulpit with a new one on my Mac 26X. I removed the smoked plastic cover from the bow ceiling. Do I get to the nuts be removing the Styrofoam in the ceiling of the bow, below the anchor well? Thanks, Bob

Yes Bob, if it's like mine was it should all be in little(ish) blocks, comes out real easy after you get started. Messy though, and a bugger to put back (I had some left over)!!
It is a bit of a stretch to get at some of the nuts.
While you are in there check the nuts underneath the cleats, mine had no washers, I wound up putting in extra backing plates for strength,
I also installed a big old fashioned 'T' Cleat as I found the stock cleats to small for much more than a bit of string!!
