That's a MacX on your port. Your not on a MacS or MacX or anything like it.

Yeah- it has some "Beneteauesque" features, and if it doesn't hit it or snag its line, it's about to pass very close to the marker floating in the water.

Re: Sailing to Bimini and then to Berry Islands Bahamas
Glad to hear you made it Ron! We just got back from our family (kids, inlaws, etc) cruise in the Bahamas (allbeit on a much, much, much larger boat.....with water slides!)
The entire time I sat on deck drinking my rum drinks looking at the beautful blue and turqouise water....I was thinking about sailing on and being jealous of you. (Ok, maybe not the whole time...)
Anyway, the water was beautiful, and I bet your having the time of your life. I can't wait for pictures and the stories to come!

Hi that's my 26M Stella Maris at Saba Rock Virgin Gorda the BVI on day 16 traveled 225 NM so far from Puerto Rico
Currently moored at Norman Island Picture was taken by Jim on Shiraz. I downloaded the sailing app and saw that he posted the picture when the sky's turned dark and stormy.
Went thru some really windy rainy nights.
We use a app from Marine traffic and you can follow or position on that web site.

Re: Sailing to Bimini and then to Berry Islands Bahamas
Well we are still here alive and kicking. It's been rough doing all the tourist stuff; drinking possibly the greatest rum punches, visiting the shark lab on south Bimini, snorkeling, taking pics. phew it sure is rough. Weather is taking a turn for the worse with winds out of the north till Thursday next week so hopefully the seas will lay down pretty quick for our return then. Was hoping for a day or two earlier but, oh well. Now the admiral is making me spend money on trinkets for the kids and grandkids. Also found a place called shell beach we want to snorkel and collect treasures. got some go pro footage of us snorkeling and lots of pics. Still have to learn how to set up a website to post the travels and pics too.
Vic, I got the AP fixed and it appears the tension adjustment did not come loose. don't know the cause but seems to be working fine now. Will send a bill for the tech service later. I expect it will be a bundle since it happened here in Bahamas on my vacation.

Ron,
The wind guru says Friday, Saturday and Sunday are going to be great days. I am going to change my impellar and try to get out this week.
