Wow!! You've definitely done more than me! My interior is still pretty standard, just replacing some of the wood that was rotted....head wall, table, support under the cockpit. I have most of the cushions too, so I think I'm going to leave the regular setup. Where do you put your gas tank? Looks like it goes under the cockpit, but that area is open to the interior of the boat. I was thinking about enclosing that...
In one of the photos you might notice a small swim platform on the transom.
That's where our gas tank lives. I hated having it in the laz. because we use our galley stove all the time (think BOOM).

Fixed the cockpit drain! It's still the highest point in the cockpit, but it doesn't leak anymore. I drilled the hole to 2 1/8" then put in a stainless sink drain...so far no leaks. Whoever messed with the boat before I got it ran the winch cable on the wrong side of the bolt, so every time the keel came up or down, the cable would saw more and more of the cockpit!!
Yea! You fixed the leak. I'm wondering why you didn't jack up the cockpit to proper height before replacing
the companionway board and fixing your scupper?
Spent the day in my cockpit trying to get the new sole I put in 3 years ago ready for paint.
Its still cold out and resin takes a long time to set.
I'm also wondering what happened to our OP since we have done a fine fine job of high jacking his thread???
Not sure where he went either....maybe he'll get some ideas reading through this though. I jacked up the cockpit and didn't change the shape...drain was still the highest point. That leak was really bothering me so I just went with it. Fixed about 7 other leaks today too...it was a good day to find them, it rained all day! Whoever installed all the deck fittings didn't put anything to seal them! Ugh! Forward hatch is next...
