If it is an inch difference I would not worry. It would be more concern with rake and stays tension.

Have you measured the positions of anything else, port and starboard? Nothing measures the same on my V25. And for that matter, no 2 boats are likely the same. I think they were all built "by eye". Not that this is a bad thing, one just can't assume that both sides are the same.

The differences you have are probably not a problem. It may be that one of the stays was replaced with not an exact match. That is what adjusters are for. Unless you suspect a structural weakness they are most likely fine. The main thing is that the mast is vertical and straight port to starboard. You could use a spirit level to level the boat and then a plum bob to check the mast.
