Yes. That's what the article is getting at. It is about sailing on the Great Lakes.

He didn't specify what size island would qualify for a disparity in passage between left and right.

Maybe it only applies to Manitoulin and isle Royale. :)

Right now about 2500Km North of me its blowing close to 180KPH and gusting to 260Kph as the cyclone goes through, and the cyclone is spinning clockwise :D
