ba ba ba beer? I have heard of that stuff but never actually seen it - i wanted to try it but could not find it so I thought it was an urban legend.
So I guess the stories are real
Now THAT might have an effect on the virus from china
Okay, one last time on this.
ba ba ba would be 3 3 3 / three three three - not 33 / thirty-three / ba muoi ba.
I think that bOAT may have been thinking of ba ba ba ba Barbara Ann by the Beach Boys.
P.S. I think that I used to be an Admiral. Probably a very good reason on why I'm not one now.
Thinking of a couple of mods I'd like to do on Dee Seas while stuck at home, the problem is getting some of the supplies I need! Maybe sneak over to the hardware store next grocery run.

Thsey closed down all "non-essential" businesses. Fortunately, auto parts and building supplies were deemed "essential". The Admiral might argue the determination of non-essential regarding gyms, clothing stores, beauty shops, and nail salons.

In my opinion, I would strongly argue that boat parts and supplies are essential. Especially mail order. Just sayin'
What are we to do while at home?
And boat projects are good for the soul.
Got an email from Waggoners cruising guide with update on the status of cruising during Covid 19 thing, here on Northwest waters. Waggoners reports that the Canadian border is closed, as are all Washington State and BC park and marina facilities. Fuel docks are considered essential facilities for commercial vessels, so they remain open. Waggoners will post updates on facilities on their website (www.WaggonerGuide.com) as they become available.

You guys just get all the press, it's nationwide and worldwide
Yeah, it's not fair. They sent us a hospital ship and a whole bunch of machines and a bunch of other stuff and there are not even very many viruses here - maybe a couple of thousand viruses. I think people in the south and up in Washington need that stuff more than we do.
How come California always gets all the stuff? It does not seem fair. Especially now that most folks are leaving. (I can't leave - I was born here).
I figured Maryland and Virginia and places like that would not have much virus. I guess I was wrong.
The USNS Comfort hospital ship docked in NYC yesterday, just up the river from the Intrepid. It’s been reported that it will be taking patients from the local hospitals that don’t have COVID-19, thus freeing up space for those that do. Over 1000 beds, 12 or 14 operating rooms, ICU, and isolation rooms, plus medical crew. I don’t know how they’ll work medical staff, like can doctors from the hospitals follow their patients to the ship? Regardless, that’s an instant hospital, just floated in under its own power.
As an aside, they dredged the slip just for that ship. Unbelievable how fast things can happen when it has to.

Yes. Nice to know things can get done when they are necessary.
