Hatch Hinges
Wrapped up the rebuild of the companion way hatch and ordered new hinges from BWY almost 3 weeks ago along with the updated mast raising system. Received the mast raising system but no hinges. Reached out and was informed that they are on back order. I'm paying for a slip I cant use because I cant put my hatch on securely. Can someone recommend another source for hatch hinges? The Admiral is quickly loosing patience...

Re: Hatch Hinges
I am not familiar with the , so I looked up the manual.
It seems the hatch is meant to be removed when sailing. Can't you sail without it, and find a way to secure it shut when not in use. Even if that means white Duct Tape? Desperate times call for desperate actions.
Did BWY give any idea of a waiting time

Nope no lead time. Might head down to Defender Monday and see if they have something in stock I can make work.

Re: Hatch Hinges
I ordered a seat hinge from BWY weeks ago. Inquired and said it was on back order. I just received it.
Maybe contact them and see what the status is. Also, relay your situation. Maybe Todd can give you a hinge replacement you can get locally.
