Yes that,s a nice concept #2 for those who dock or moor their boats doubles up as a spare halyard & if it,s long enough it could b used foreward or aft & for those who don't have a spin halyard or even use as a spare back up forestay while sailing if attached to the bow pulpit should the original forestay fail making it quadtriple use :wink:
