We're staying overnight at a Hampton inn in Bowie Md. About a half hour away. Much more reasonable rates than at Annapolis. Parking for the show is at the Naval Academy; $20 for the day, and a free shuttle to and from the show.

I have a list of wants for our Chesapeake cruise next year.

Completely understand. It would be nice to meet with some members. Several years ago we met up with Steve & Brandy of The Sailing Rode.

flight & hotel $1210 Can , fly out Fri night Oct 14th arrive Sat morn Oct 15th , leave Mon, mornin Oct 17th . that would cover the cost of my hull repaint !

Now if I wore my kilt outfit & staff


I could likely hitch hike out their in 4-5 days , weather could b an issue over the mountains that time of yr Tho !

Or drive to Russ Then him & I drive the rest of the way split the cost of gas & hotel 46hrs drive from Victoria BC

Or get 4 guys one car or trk enroute split gas & hotel they have rooms for 4

My wife and I are going. We live close by on Kent Island. Haven’t decided if we’re going to sail over and sleep on the boat at one of the Marinas in Eastport or just drive over.

We usually don’t go two years in a row, but stranger things have happened.

We do plan (if all goes well) to do a 10 or 12 day cruise of the Chesapeake in June; are you anywhere close to Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, that’s one of the places we may visit on the western shore.
