Wheel size - 1989 trailer for 26D
Howdy folks. I’m needing to replace my wheels and tires. I found a resource online that leads me to believe the bolt pattern is 5 on 4 1/2. Does that sound about right to you?

That is a very common trailer bolt pattern for boats our size and it is probably right. It is very easy to measure and verify that it is correct.
If you have five bolts (or any other odd number) then measure from the center of any bolt to the outside edge of any bolt that is not adjacent to the bolt you are starting from (there will be two).
If you have four or six bolts (or any even number) you would measure center to center using two bolts that are directly opposite one another.

Thank you Bill! This was the method I used to come up with my guestimate. Thanks!Be Free wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2024 6:06 am That is a very common trailer bolt pattern for boats our size and it is probably right. It is very easy to measure and verify that it is correct.
