Heat Wave Relief

Post by Hamin' X »

For those of you in the grip of the "historic" heat wave, here is a little relief! We are looking at 108º F today and 111º F tomorrow, but this are just normal for us in the Oregon desert.

We were up in Missouri visiting relatives and we could hardly believe it. 58 degrees on Monday morning. Getting back home to Dallas-Fort Worth was back to temps in the high nineties with high humidity. Ugh.
The key to inner peace is to admit you have a problem and leave it at that.

My youngest and his family were vacationing in Montana. Now they are back home in Phoenix.

Please; don’t anyone respond with “but it’s dry heat.” :P

Those are some hot numbers… our SC mid 90s almost look pleasant by comparison… except ours is a “wet” heat :D :(
