Significant? None that I know of, but I am not well-studied on that.
I think there might be a different galley configuration sometime between 1990 and 1994.
This from Chat GPT:
The MacGregor 26S, also known as the MacGregor 26 Classic or 26D (daggerboard) initially and later as the 26S (swing keel), underwent several changes and improvements between 1990 and 1996. Here are some of the key changes and updates during that period:
1990-1996 Design Changes:
Hull and Deck Configuration:
The basic hull design remained largely consistent, maintaining its trailerable, water-ballasted design.
Improvements were made to the cockpit and deck layout for better ergonomics and ease of handling.
Keel Design:
The transition from the 26D (daggerboard) to the 26S (swing keel) happened around 1990. The 26S featured a swing keel, which was different from the fixed daggerboard of the earlier models.
The swing keel design improved ease of use, particularly for launching and retrieving the boat from a trailer, and provided better grounding protection.
Interior Layout:
Interior modifications were made to improve livability, with adjustments in the cabin layout for better space utilization.
Changes included updates to the galley, sleeping arrangements, and storage areas.
Rigging and Sails:
Improvements in the rigging and sail handling systems for better performance and ease of use.
Some models saw changes in the sail plan, including the option for different sail configurations to enhance performance under various conditions.
Materials and Construction: (EDIT - NOT SO SURE ABOUT THIS. SAIL DEALERS SELL THE SAME SAIL REGARDLESS OF YEAR BUILT)
Updates in materials and construction techniques for improved durability and performance.
Advances in fiberglass technology and resin systems were incorporated during this period.
Hardware and Fittings:
Upgraded deck hardware and fittings for improved reliability and ease of operation.
Better quality winches, cleats, and other deck gear became standard in the later models.
General Enhancements:
Safety Features: Enhanced safety features, including better lifelines, improved non-skid surfaces, and more accessible emergency equipment storage.
Cosmetic Updates: Improvements in interior and exterior finishes for a more modern appearance and increased comfort.
Trailer Design: Improvements in the trailer design for easier launching and retrieval, as well as better road handling.
These changes made the MacGregor 26S more user-friendly, safer, and more comfortable, while still maintaining its versatility and performance as a trailerable sailboat.

Awesome. Thanks.
I'm looking to buy some spares from a boat being parted out. It's a 93 but mine is a 92. I want to make sure stern rail fits etc. Seems like they didn't make any big changes.

I believe the "S" (swing keel) was first and the "D" (dagger board) came after.

I think you are good. Pretty sure there were no changes in the basic hull. Getting to those nuts that hold the stern rail one is LOTS of fun. Good luck. My advice - wait until the weather cools off.
