BWY can and will ship to you any of the particular parts needed.
A Nicro crimp hand press isn’t a significant cost for the cable stays AND you already have the existing cables to replicate from.
Heck, there are lots of cable companies that will be happy to provide them as part of the cable purchase.
If the cable is eyed to a fitting they can do that too!!!
I'll make it even easier. BWY will ship you a PRE-DRILLED mast with all the holes you need already where they need to be. You may have to drill 3 new holes for the VHF antenna.
They will ship you new rigging with all the stays PRE-SIZED to exact lengths and ready to attach.

No drilling needed. No crimping. No measuring.

They will also send you new spreaders PRE-CUT to exact length and drilled ready to install.

All you need to do is remove the hardware, reinstall it on the new mast and boom, you are back sailing.

The wiring....should all be reusable unless you want to redo it while you are at it.

All this is easier than building a Lego set.

I called my insurance company and told them that the quote I could get wasn't reasonable. They said that if I planned to do the repairs myself, they could estimate the time and pay me based on their estimate. They requested that I send them a list of the parts that needed to be replaced. That was no problem, I already had a spreadsheet with all the components, with links to the BWY item page. They offered $2500 for the labor and paid for all the parts. That seemed perfectly reasonable to me. Less than an hour later, the money is in my bank account.

Now I need to put the boat in its slip and take the trailer to Seattle to visit BWY!

I still have nightmares about the time I had some guests on my boat (pre-Mac). We were pulling into a slip and the teen was up on the bow with the bowline, hanging on to the forestay.

The slip was right next to a 20 foot high pedestrian bridge, and the motor lost power.

Image

We started drifting into the bridge and I looked up to see the forestay about to contact the powerlines running next the bridge.

Instead of taking action, I froze.

The forestay contacted the powerlines and ... nothing happened.

That was at least 20 years and and I still relive that moment regularly, wondering how badly it could have gone and what I could have done to prevent it. I keep reliving me screaming at him to "Drop! NOW!", hoping to get him away from the forestay, but I know that he would not have let go. He would have used it as support while he sat down.

The only silver lining I can muster is that we were extremely lucky, and it is a lesson learned. I am a wiser sailor because of it and more aware of my surroundings and more paranoid about ensuring I've got a motor that doesn't die at the worst possible time (which the best way to have prevented this).

That sounds like the most reasonable solution. PLUS....PLUS...you are close to BWY so that will work out well.

Wow! What a story. I have to wonder why they have power lines near waterways with boats.

You are fortunate. Same for your crew.

The positive is you learned. And you shared this so others can learn.

We all have had those moments. We all relive them too.

Glad all worked out fine.

Oh. This is a yacht club in a narrow passage between islands, so the power is run over the passage to the island grid.

Wow, lots of sailboats near that bridge.

Street view appears the communication wires are very low close to the bridge and the power lines above. Scary stuff indeed.
