Re: Investing in paint for my ‘98X
Well...this knee replacement surgery is definitely an EVENT! 19 days later, and I think I can see a light at the end of a very long tunnel. I will have some stories to tell, but right now I just need to get back to my LazyBoy and elevate my leg with ice. I am in the midst of good physical therapy, twice weekly with a therapist and daily homework. Using one of my boat fenders for leg raises from the prone position, so you can say I still have the nautical touch.

I'm glad to see you back and posting! No matter how silly some of them seem make sure you do all the exercises the therapist tells you to. A little bit of very targeted work now will save a lot of work later.

Truer words never spoken. Fortunately, my physical therapist says I am coming along nicely. Still benefitting from my Mac fender for my "fender bender" exercises for straightening my knee. Keeps the morale up to be using boat gear in some capacity!

Hope you are enjoying the long weekend afloat and/or honoring our fallen in combat in our many wars. Here is a pic of my high school's Vietnam War Memorial honoring our 33 fallen. "All paid some: some paid all."
