Yep My ETA has just moved up from Fri morn launch now to eta Wed early morn launch from 3 days up to 5 days now yahoo take 5 days over 3 days sailing anytime life is lookin good baby

Hi Guy,s r we just gonna raft up together wed night @ that little bay cove Dreamer anchored in @ the launch ramp the other night or headin to Port Credit Marina that evening then going out for dinner or head to the T.O Islands need to know for provisions for dinner r the restaurants on the TO Islands open late on wk nights just wonderin if u guy,s have made any plans might be nice just to eat out @ port credit marina wed night by the time Tom & I get launched & organised
Just Askin so as I can be a little more prepared if necc.

Well I should be there this afternoon. drove down to visit Beene last night. I don't think I've ever seen his boat so clean! Beautiful evening. Did the wind let up? Nice to get away from that humid weather.

Sorry didn't make it to Port Credit last night, got some stuff done and headed to the Houseboat to check on things since it's up the street from us!
We saw a really sad sight....a runabout was trying to pull a nice sailboat OFF of the rocks. I talked to the police officers there and apparently it happened on that stormy day we were caught out:-( As they pulled it off the rocks, it sank:-(
I hate seeing that, ugh! Apparently a few boats capsized out in that storm....
Ok so thinking we'll drop by out there on our way to Niagara Falls on Wed (we go late at night out there because of the HOV crap!)....so will come out early! Unless you guys are coming here! We'll wait and see what y'all decide I guess?
We'd come out today, but the wind is too much for me after the last event....haha! If anyone wants to come sit on the deck out on our houseboat, Dave Matthews is playing at the Amphitheater, so we'll get REALLY good sound from there:-) (One of the perks of our neww marina!) He goes on around 8ish but we'll be there for the opening acts:-) You can come anytime today, we'll be there at around 3pm onward!
When we are gone on our camping trip, may I suggest y'all going to the Wall or over to Toronto Island Marina....they have good eats and live music on Saturdays out on the 'Upper Deck'. I think it's something you will enjoy:-) Wish we could join ya for that!
Anyhoo, Beene has my number, text me if you guys are interested in joining us tonight so I can get you past security and tell you where we are!

Morning all..
Yesterday winds were gusting to 35kts
Went out with main only and was doing 5.5 kts
Was a wild ride
Sorry we couldn't hook up last night cat.. we were sailed out by that time and back at Creditview
Hope u enjoyed the concert
Today Tom and John will be putting their boats in
Rocky and I will be sailing all day again
Will meet up with them in the afternoon or eve when they are on the water
Looks like that will leave Thursday for a sail to the island and overnight on the wall if that is what folks want to do
So far the weather has been fantastic!

Be careful of the peel marine unit around port credit marina,
While sailing into the marina I was pulled over by the marine unit for not having visible vessel registration numbers,
Two tickets 500 buck ouch.
I met the captain of Pegasus on the water.

Hey Russ you motored by me when you were motoring west... I was sailing south. On my way back towards port credit I noticed a police boat beside a white M, I was wondering what was going on. There has been a lot more police presence on the water since pan am games began... Toronto, Peel, RCMP and Coast Guard. I hope you'll be able to join us at some point.

A few favorites. Or at least, a few that came out OK, considering they're from an iphone 4 (real camera was on strike).

Highlander and beene, but Highlander doesn't care what the wind is doing at that particular moment.

At 'The Wall'. I think it's the first time I've seen my prop under water, though it was actually much clearer in person. It's usually a murky mess, everywhere I go.
Highlander, breaking the glassy surface on Sunday morning, heading to the ramp. Both the best part (early morning, still air, nobody up yet
), and worst part (starting the departure portion
) of the trip.
Averaged 18.5 mpg or so, but cleared the screen when I left to return, so I don't know what the whole trip was. There and back, 350 miles and 9 hours, on 3/4 of a tank of diesel, at highway speeds most of the time.
