I never found the source for mine - bought the boat in 2002 from Art Reiders at Havencraft in MA.

I suspect he had a local canvas shop make it - my full enclosure was about 1500 USD (included bimini, dodger, and 4 other pieces.

Not as fancy as the BWUY one and doesnt have standing headroom, but great on the Cape for making space for 6

Can you see through the dodger window when it is wet? Or do you have to wipe it off or peek around it?

I can, if its snotty enough to keep getting hit by water, it seems to drain pretty well. I do tend to avoid those conditions though to be fair. Ive never gone and cleaned it while underway

Thanks. I'm probably going to get one eventually. Those type of conditions are actually present just about every summer afternoon on SFO Bay. I have a friend with an Ericson 37, and he laughs when I say I want a dodger, claiming that he doesn't need one. But at 16000 lbs displ, his boat knifes through the water, whereas the Macs tend to bounce over the waves a bit more. Plus, I motor much faster than him, therefore taking more spray.
