I bought my 26M from Kelly Hanson in 2006. It took me two summers before I figured out where to install and how to use two little items that I had purchased - they turned out to be EZ cleats.
Handy little gadgets too.
CLARIFICATION
These are not my EZ Cleats.
Originally, one was part of an expensive Traveller system sold by Garhauer. I saw it at Strictly Sail-Chicago several years ago and talked them into letting me buy just that part.
They now sell them individually as "Swivel Jammers".
I modify them into my EZ Cleats.
I use them for my Jib, Genoa, and Spinnaker sheets.
I sell them for $100/pair + $10 shipping USPS Priority Mail.

These were originaly made by Garhuaer as part of one of their traveler systems its intended to be used at the end of the traveler track so the set screw is intended to anchor it on the end of the traveler track or your desired location & the loop is intended to attach a line from it to the center carr on the traveler system . I keep mine locked into possition at the aft end of the genny track it keeps six fingers from just slipping them off bye bye !!
U , Shoulda got some of these when they had the sale on
Here's my easy cleats in front of my aft. winches
I liked them so much I bought 4 more allowing me to fly 4 diff. head sails at the same time & being able to move them around on either my Jib , Genny & cabin top tracks
