A Mac is one of the few boats that actually can work the other way.

My use has dropped down to three Cape trips.

Where do you launch on the Cape?

What's a cape? Do we have those down here where I am? What do they look like?

And who puts a furler on a working jib?? The lines on the head sail say stock working jib (based on the tracks) I thought all the furler rigs were Genoas?

I do! 100% jib on a furler. I'd kinda like a genny, too, but figured I'd start with this. The Admiral started out hating more than 10 degrees - she's ok up to 20 now - trying to break her in slowly!

Westport MA into Horseshoe Bay. Nice people, good launch, DEC always there keeping order. Sail to Elizabeth's and MV from there. Shoot the Canal if its a longer trip. 40 bucks a year annual pass
