I have not seen anyone post what the rating is that is stamped on the chain. My chain has a G4 rating.
To me, that information is also what you need in making a decision.

- 3/8" Grade 43 (G4) Chain, 5400lb. SWL, 16,200lb. Breaking Strength

Pretty much any chain will break A Mac hull before reaching its design limit
