The bottom two bolts on bracket are at waterline. Old bracket holes, which I filled are close to waterline also. I might be lower due to the weight of the outboard (115 lbs) & heavy duty retractable motor bracket. Of course when I'm looking, I'm leaning over the transom so add my lbs.
