It is personal choice for sure. As for Moe's Web Site. . . Sorry Moe but your still very biased and your still not disclosing ,many truths about some of the inconvenience problems of the X . One's that came to light slowly on this board after the big melt down. Easy of accessing the rear berth on the X just for one I can think of immediately. But we have all been thru this with you before. I am surprised as a non owner of a Mac you still have such a biased web site still up and running. Lets add to that you have spent little to ANY time on either of the M styles.

We use a butane stove quite successfully on board Luff Shack, both in the cabin and in the cockpit.
But given your location, you might also want to consider an externally vented
Wallas 800 stove with the
220 Heater/Blower Lid. Ask BWY about it.

I second the Wallas 800. It may seem expensive, but we have found ours to be very much worth it because it doubles as an excellent cabin heater with its own internal fan in the lid. It has heated our 26X very well during cold nights in the San Juans, the Canadian Gulf Islands, and our own native waters in the Columbia River. There is no exposed flame, and it runs on paint thinner (the hi-grade stuff: 100% mineral spirits). Blue Water has long experience installing them.
