sorry rick I was stuck on the beach with no boat till Saturday afternoon, so I didnt go, Karen refused to row. But heres what I heard. They had a real good time, tim got sick sat. night and took some midol or isoprohin (how ever you spell it) cant remember which and got better. The wind came up pretty nasty Saturday and the boats rock and rolled. We had small craft warnings from fri through sunday so the ride back was a little bumpy. Tim motor sailed back and burned like three gallons of gas for 35 miles!!!!
I went out sunday to meet them coming in and it was nasty out there. I tested the new motor for the first time doing that. I met Bill and sue at the 4 hour dock for a little while. Bill and I chatted about the new motor, spreaders and such, Karen was talking about what a no good so and so I was, just kidding, dont know what she and sue were chatting about, but dont think it was the boat.
Thats all I know except we all want to go more often this summer. So bring your boat down and go with us sometime. Ill post every time Im going over, so any one want to go just come on.
You guys in Nevada and Arizona want to get away from the heat for awhile, tow your boats down this summer for a nice 79 degree Catalina trip.
