can you tell me about the how #4 'FOAM' was used? (esitmate) inner and outer hull?

great stuff used for forming the repair? or some sheet foam? never seen that before..
He told me it was needed to back fill the hole. After it dried, he shaped it, providing a stable surface to lay out the glass.

you're right the 4887 looked like 8887... 85 / hour is a pretty good rate anywhere.

and the foam as a base makes sense... for an epoxy repair.

or plastic film over the foam for a poly Fglass.
